I listened to a USA news item last evening.. it seems that the Mexican Govt. are changing their stance too. Their last President apparently was staunchly anti-Drugs & Pro-Drug war, BUT according to the news item, Mexico is now moving away from this, towards decriminalisation/regulation.. not just Cannabis, but all drugs.
Its starting to sound like; one by one, the Latin American countries (on USA doorstep) are no longer putting up with, being bullied into supporting Zero-tolerance/War-on-Drugs as a ‘solution’ & now see it as a failure & the cause of much of the harm ? It further stated that many of these countries produce much of the drugs.. BUT most of it was consumed in USA. (once again pointing to the fallacy that USA drug war is working)
Good news to I & I !!
