I have read a statement issued by the, U.N. Office of Human Rights (Office of the high commissioner):
‘Consideration should be given to removing obstacles to the right to health, including by decriminalizing the personal use and possession of drugs; moreover, public health programs should be increased’
It’s interesting that all these signals are coming from the United Nations, that infer; its time to END the Drug War.. BUT they still have not replaced the 1961 Convention which was the ‘founding document’ to this NONSENSE !
Again; mixed messages & misinformation.. maybe designed to cause confusion, division & maybe more excuses to stick with the status quo ?? 😦
